Eligible candidates:

  • Graduating undergraduate students and students who have already received their Bachelor's Degree 
  • Would like to pursue Master’s Level studies in one of the Seven Areas of Focus in an accredited University or College outside the United States in a Rotary country.
  • Residency in the District’s geographical area (as defined by  District7890) is required.

Selection will be primarily based on the candidate's academic qualifications, community service orientation, willingness to adapt to different cultural environments and a good understanding of Rotary's Motto "Service Above Self".

The Rotary District 7890 Foundation Committee will interview the eligible candidates and make the selection. The Committee's decision is final subject to the Rotary Foundation's approval.
