Cell: 413-528-5250District 7890 has joined ESSEX, the Eastern States Student Exchange. ESSEX is a collaboration of Rotary Districts from Canada and the eastern US as far south as North Carolina, and Bermuda. Established in the 1960's, ESSEX provides centralized Youth Exchange services to member Districts. The ESSEX WEBSITE has information for students interested in participating, and for families interested in hosting. Clubs and districts will also find helpful forms and information. ABOUT YOUTH EXCHANGE The outbound students from District 7890 are overseas studying for this school year while the inbound students are studying in our District., Each year Rotary International sends about 7,000 students aged 15 to 18 to live and study in another country. It could be YOU next year. If you like to travel and are ready for adventure, then this is the perfect program for you. Rotary Youth Exchange offers a program where you can go to a high school in another country for a year, live with several host families, and learn about another culture!
