Rotarians should be aware that the application deadline for 2016 Fellowships is May 31, 2015.  That’s the drop-dead date for applicants to submit their applications to the District.

While we’re on the topic of Peace Fellowships, Rotarians in our District should consider participating in one or both of the following helpful webinars:

Rotary Peace Centers 101 will be held on January 6, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. (CST).  This program will educate Rotary leaders, including Club presidents, about the 2016 Rotary Peace Fellowship.

And Rotary Peace Centers 201 will take place on February 10, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. (CST).  The goal of this program is to help Rotary leaders understand how to recruit and coach the best possible applicants.  Experienced Rotarians will be available to answer questions.

By working together to recruit and select highly qualified candidates for the 2016 Rotary Peace Fellowship, our organization continues to build peace and work towards conflict prevention and resolution in our world.
