Dear Fellow Rotarians,
The Consulate General of Japan has informed those organizations trying to send relief materials and help to Japan that the relief operation is currently done only at the Government-to-Government level. When that situation changes, there will be appropriate communication from the Japanese Government. I will continue to keep you posted on any new developments on this.
