How far is "This Close"

Rotary Conventions are like blood transfusions for Rotarians.  That was particularly true in New Orleans.  We need as much inspiration as possible to go that final inch, close the funding gap, and truly show Rotary can make a promise and keep it.    Check my Gov Sue blog for an inspiring message.  We are indeed "This Close."
